Champagne Laurenti is and always was a growers champagne, which honors the history and traditions of making champagne in Les Riceys. Their champagne has been passed down through three generations. Today, the Laurenti brothers, Dominique, Bruno the wine maker and Joseph oversee every step of production, from their 75 year-old vines, to the harvest and the annual artistry of the blend and dosage, which does not exceed 2 grams.
