Skatepark Fundraising with Skate Essex
Oct 12Our son is proving to be a true skateboarder. It is clearly in his heart, bones and blood. It is because of our son that we became affiliated with Skate Essex.
Skate Essex is responsible for organizing and implementing the temporary skate park in our town, and now because of them, our town has committed to moving forward with a permanent park!
We joined Skate Essex to become more involved in what is important to our son, but it has become much more than that. Becoming part of a community, to help our community is proving to be more fulfilling than we ever would have imagined.
This past week Skate Essex hosted a fundraiser to raise funds for permanent skate friendly sculptures designed by Alexis Sablone.
Our event was a success. We brought more awareness to our town and our cause. Alexis is lovely, warm hearted and we are honored to have had her contribute her time…and a few very cool decks from her deck company
So dear friends, what better event, than our Party 4 The Park fundraiser, to donate our Grande Cuvée!!!!! We were so proud to see Champagne Laurenti throughout the evening and we have no doubt it added to the love in the air.
